"I bought the headphones 10 days ago. The box had the headphones and a generic cable for charging. no charger unfortunately. The headphones are in a decent condition, and the sound quality is remarkable. Unfortunately, I got the "natural"/light grey color instead of the black. Overall, I recommend the headphone." That was my review which didn't "get through" because it violated one of CEX's policies apparently or maybe just because it shows someone messed up.

The great graphics card works flawlessly. Online shopping means fast delivery, and the products are professionally packed. I highly recommend shopping at CEX because of the nice and quick service.

On the good side, I've received my order in a timely fashion, on the negative, the WiFi router is missing the power supply, so it's pretty much useless. Been looking for a 5A 12v power supply and they're hard to come by.

I bought a PlayStation3 as a Christmas gift, brought it home and set it up to make sure it worked, it did not work. So disappointing, thank god I checked it or it would have been a very upsetting Christmas. The only saving grace was I returned it to your portlaoise store and the staff members were extremely friendly and so easy to deal with. They were very helpful regardless of the busy season.

Arrived quickly and in good condition

was on line and bought a xmas present of skylanders swap force starter pack and it was meant to be shipped and a week later the order is canceled no email no explanation , so i find 2 in stock in kildare and try to phone but they have no phone number for you to contact them ((Disgracefull ))and sent a email asking for some one to put the hands physically on the item before I did a 3 hour journey to get the item, There reply was "we don't give stock checks to non registered emails" , i used my other email to contact them this should not matter for a pre order check , i will not buy from them there a poor company

I had absolutely no problems ordering what I needed. I was looking for a couple of Gameboy Advance games for my son. It gave a description of the condition of the games like whether it was boxed or not. Overall my I was delighted with my experience on the CEX website.
