Great service from Imogen and Joel S. I requested to change a hotel booking. For some reason the hotel never received the request. Imogen emailed them directly and then after speaking to Joel he was able to sort it out so we got the dates we wanted.

Speaking with Sebastian R this morning helped me and reassured me that my final payment had gone through successfully. He was very courteous and friendly. Thank you Sebastian.

Through our own lack of communication my wife and I were trying to book a Luxury Escape unwittingly she had already booked it. April K came to our rescue and saved the day. We are still happily married.

Finally, after several calls, I was able to speak with someone who was able to finalise an extension on our booking to Bali. I phoned to try to get a resolution to a problem that I encountered while making my original bookings for the Windsor Hotel in Melbourne. Mohamad Aziz was very helpful in answering my questions, then directing me to the Sales Department, where I received further excellent assistance from Sarah. Mohamad then phoned me some time later to make sure that my issue had been satisfactorily resolved. Great customer service.
