Great service from Imogen and Joel S. I requested to change a hotel booking. For some reason the hotel never received the request. Imogen emailed them directly and then after speaking to Joel he was able to sort it out so we got the dates we wanted.

Modified booking

Finally, after several calls, I was able to speak with someone who was able to finalise an extension on our booking to Bali. Madison G, was extremely polite and efficient after reading through our case number, cancelled our original booking and made the new booking and payment with ease. Thankyou once again Madison G.

Spoke to Justin G sea world holiday

Spoke to Justin G, such a great person to talk to, I had to add another person to the holiday I have booked, he was very accommodating on my needs and organised it with the hotel then emailed me with the results, very helpful and courteous will deal with luxury escape for any holidays.

Issue Resolved

I phoned to try to get a resolution to a problem that I encountered while making my original bookings for the Windsor Hotel in Melbourne. Mohamad Aziz was very helpful in answering my questions, then directing me to the Sales Department, where I received further excellent assistance from Sarah. Mohamad then phoned me some time later to make sure that my issue had been satisfactorily resolved. Great customer service.
