same guy has been calling our office on a repeated basis for several weeks now, I have told him time and time again to now send an email but he isnt getting the message, if the calls dont stop we will get the number blocked

Following a small issue with one of our users going over the spend cap and incurring extra charges, Denny from the customer service team was excellent in, not only, getting resolved but made sure I was aware of what steps had been put in place to resolve it and what to expect in our next bill. Frustrating Experience with Ice Communication's, AVOID at all costs
I recently had a terrible experience with Ice Communications ltd From the start, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I faced constant calls and emails from them, and every time I called for support, I was put on hold for ages, only to be transferred from one representative to another without getting any real solutions. Additionally, their billing practices are confusing and misleading. I was charged for services I never agreed to, and it took multiple calls just to get a told "it's with the legal team" every time. Overall, I feel frustrated and let down by Ice Communications. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable telecommunications. Save your time and money and go with a more reputable provider. they want 43k for nothing, no phones no lines absolutely nothing what so ever, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

As a small business owner, I entered into a contract with ICE Communications, with an initial payment and agreed terms. However, the payment terms were later changed, creating confusion and disrupting my financial planning. Additionally, ICE Communications did not follow the correct procedure to block charges on my line, which has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Despite multiple assurances that I would receive an email response regarding these issues, no communication was ever sent. The errors in the contract agreement have also led to payment dates being mismanaged, further complicating matters. Given the repeated miscommunications and ongoing difficulties, I find it too stressful and inconvenient to continue this business.
