I unfortunately had an emergency involving a visit to a hostpital - Even if the claim form is pretty long to fill, my refund was accepted for the full amount and within the hour which is impressive. Super happy with TrueTraveller so far !

We had some unexpected issues during our travel and True Traveller insurance was very supportive and quick to act. When we submitted our claim we thought it will take 10 days like it says in the terms, but they reacted promptly and wired the funds same day! Highly recommend!

Had some dental issues. Although ‘cosmetic’ is not covered. Part of my treatment was taken into account as urgent. Which I very much appreciate, this made that I could claim around 60% of the cost that I incurred. Sent everything to TrueT, got back to me within 12 hours. Had the money on my account within in a day or two, although it was over the weekend. First time I had to use my insurance, but extremely happy how it was handled. We had to interrupt our trip because of the death of a family member. The company provided very quick response in email and also in phone.
