They provided all the necessary insurance as well as had the knowledge of the travel industry and provided specific documents for specific countries. They were also very prompt in their responses via email as well as phone calls. Very approachable and made me feel like I can just pick up the phone and ask them for advice whenever needed. Prompt and quick communication. I was surprised when calling to UK number, to hear person from AXA answering the phone in Czech language. Definitely great thing for people who dont have a good English. So far the best insurance I have ever had!
