A rock fell down from a cliff and hit our rented car causing damage in the car hood. The car rental company charged us 200 EUR extra for the damage. the communication was fast and clear. I liked it. Only the claim form was quite over-complicated, requested information not applicable to my case and was just pain to fill in as PDF. An interactive web-based form would be much better.

I had to see a doctor in Mexico and turns out I have Covid. I made a claim and everyone was very helpful and super friendly. If your claim has anything to do with Covid you need to send your vaccination records as well. I didn’t know that at first but everything worked out great. Easy and very fast process!
