Very quick and easy to buy quality insurance from true traveller while enjoying my holiday usually I purchase my insurance well in advance.

Buying travel insurance with True Traveller was super easy and took no time at all. They had the best price and percs for people already travelling with loads of add on options if needed. The ability to go home whenever and it doesn't end your insurance is great. Means I can go back for weddings etc and not worry about it. Cheers True Traveller!

Easy to sign up but yet to make a claim

I used this insurance for the first time during my IEC in Canada (then extended my travel and used it while in USA and Brazil) and I was really impressed. The costumer service is ready to help and communication via email and chat is always fast and clear. Being able to make a claim online makes it definitely easier. Because of the positive experience now it is my first choice.

Simple and easy to apply. Website on mobile could be a little buggy

I was recommended to contact True Traveller when by existing insurer couldn't extend my cover because I was already abroad. I found it very simple and straightforward to obtain the cover I needed a fair price. The documentation was easy to recover and it was easy to send copies to my next of kin etc. I hope I wont be able to be in a position to report on the claims process!

I had been looking for a transparent travel insurance that would provide cover when I was already travelling - and for a long time. However, it provided an FAQ that the company refused to apply in my case.
