I've spoken on the online chat to a person called 'Luke' twice now and both times I have received terrible customer service both times. His attitude has been so patronising and when surely the online chat is mainly for policy holders to be able to 'quiery' any questions or concerns they may have. I have been with True Traveller for 2.5 years now and I took out a new policy 4 weeks ago, not even covered for a flight I booked to get back to Australia because a few hours after the PM announced only Australian citizens were allowed to enter and everyone else is banned (not covered!) I am now being forced to go home unless I want to potentially get stuck in Asia and I have 11 months left of this policy which I won't be using in the UK obviously, I'm not even entitled to a slight refund. What a joke. What's the point in even having the insurance with you - because it doesn't seem to be covering me for anything! Especially when I world is in panic mode right now and you can't even rely on a £500 policy to cover you. I didn't choose the 'cheapest' option either. But I may as well have.

Very good experience

I have absolutely nothing negative I could say about True Traveller. We had to make a few claims unfortunately and all of them have been sorted very quickly.

I have been using True Traveller for a couple of years now, and have been absolutely happy and satisfied with it. The customer service is great and making a claim is easy. The best travel insurance by far!
