Poor service- our card machine is faulty we were told by customer service that we need a new machine. That’s not or should not be a major problem but when you are told 3 to 5 working days wait for a new machine! We can’t take card payments for 5 days? Brilliant! Despite offering to pay for a quicker dispatch no still 3 to 5 days. I suspect they will still charge rental for the days we are unable to use the card machine. Asked to speak to a manager on 2 separate occasions - they were busy but would call us back - but they never did . Appalling service at best !

This is a a follow up reviews. My terminal became faulty a few months ago. Whenever the ‘zero’ button, was pressed, two or more zeros might appear. Making transaction and customer’s pin input difficult. Despited many phone called to the Indian call centre, nothing has been done. Two weeks ago, the machine became totally unresponsive. We noticed the fault on Sunday evening when the shop opened. This was outside their office hour and nothing could be done until the following day. I was promised a replacement machine the following day but nothing came. Many phone calls throughout the week and nothing was done. Eventually a replacement machine arrived 10 days later. It’s was a second hand machine and also not working right. The ‘enter’ button didn’t work properly causing problems after customer put in their PIN numbers. I put in a formal complaint to their customer service email address. Guess what. It was an unmonitored email address and simply get an automatic reply asking me to phone their call centre! Enough. I am switching to another provider.
