Could sometimes be slightly more speedy but no doubt this depends on current availability so no real complaints. You have to spend a huge amount to make use of the discount cheques though !

Arrived safely, within the week of ordering. The Gazebo was beautifully packed with good instructions on how to put it up. Very good quality product.

More than happy with the service and the product. Will probably order another in a different colour to go with it in my wardrobe.

Not impressed. My order came from a Company that I frequently deal with, but this was not mentioned in the Expert Verdict catalog. The delivery date was changed several times and in the end took a month to arrive, but the payment was taken sooner. They did contact me to let me know of the continued change of delivery date though. I will not use them again.

Hi I used the spray for cramps in my calf muscle I was a bit skeptical about the product. But when needed it worked quickly , much to my surprise. I have only had to use on e in the last couple if weeks. But in my mind it's worth a try.

I ordered 2 items online (garden storage unit and hosepipe) on 22nd March. I was later advised that the hosepipe was out of stock and received a refund for that item. The garden storage unit had still not arrived by the 25th April. I had made enquiries about it but was not given any information. Eventually, almost 5 weeks after dispatch, I was told that it had been lost in transit and was now 'obsolete', therefore I cannot have a replacement. Despite Expert Verdict having known about this situation for some time, I have still not received a refund for this item. The reason given for this: because it should be generated automatically by the system (ie the computer). Can I advise that the system needs to be changed, because this is no way to treat customers. Recruit some humans to replace the computer. I have to say that I would not recommend Expert Verdict because of my experience.

Purchased polywood garden table and chairs . Very pleased with the quality of the table and chairs they look good and are well made . Easy to assemble but really a two person job due to the weight The delivery was very slightly later than l had expected but the staff in customer service were very pleasant and helpful. The thought of never having to do more maintenance than hose them down is very pleasing. Would recommend this garden set to anyone pleasing to the eye , functional and practical and can stay outside all year round
