I was disappointed that these were thin cotton socks and not suitable for the winter

I placed an order with expert verdict and got to the pay stage, twice it refused my card. I then called them to find out why but no answer on any call. I left it for a week then tried again, all good got the order with the discount and it ha been delivered. I have used them before that's why I went back. They are hit and miss as most times they are out of stock! Not the best online company.

Delay from in for delivery.I had to phone Expert verdict to see what was happening But you do not have the carriers details.Eventually Scotts of Stow contacted me to arrange a delivery date.As it has yet to be delivered ( next Tues) I am unable to comment further

I placed an order for several christmas presents and received all but one. This item was from Scotts of Stow which has the same phone number as Verdict. However, no matter how many times I rang the order line and the query line they were not working and I had to resort to writing a letter to the company. I received a phone call from a very nice man and I explained my problem and I received the missing item very quickly. So thank you for that. Regards P.S. The items received were excellent.

Terrible service I ordered from them in November it finally arrived mid January it was meant to be a Christmas present!!!!

Arrived today only thing is wrong colour,accepted it as it is second delivery

Easy to deal with and products seem good value. Would be better if customer phone lines did not take so long to answer.

I am disappointed with the service provided. I chose 2 items from the catalogue. I ordered them in November, I received one item yesterday and a cheque for the other item as it was cancelled.I was informed three times with different dates for the cancelled item the third time I was offered an alternative which I accepted. The next thing I heard was the item was cancelled and a cheque received for that item.I will not be ordering anything from your selves in furture. Please remove me from your mailing list.
