Product as advertised and delivered at normal postage quite quickly

I have just received your one power reader glasses. I am shocked at how bad they are. You cannot move your head without your focus changing. They make you feel dizzy and I would not be surprised if they were dangerous. I would recommend that nobody purchase these.

Sent me the wrong size hat despite ordering my right size. Did eventually receive correct size hat.. Quite philosophical about what happened as we all make mistakes. Girl on the phone was very helpful and sorted it out for me. P

The deliver agent Hermes are good at notifying of delivery time etc but not good at ringing the bell on arrival, they tend to leave it by the gate. Not very secure. I have mentioned this before.

My items arrived safely packaged and not too long after I ordered them, so what is not to like?

I was so surprised how quick, the delivery was. Lovely item.. I had to ordered because my car tool item was stolen. I'm happy I've received my new item! THANKS 😊

The product proved to be a disappointment in that the batteries refused accept a charge after a couple of months. I sent back the faulty product and asked for a replacement. Nothing happened and after chasing, i was told that this request had been overlooked and they would send a new phone within a few days. I decided not to have a replacement and have money back. This was agreed. One week later a replacement phone turned up. i reported this and was told to return it. This i will do today and now wait for a refund.

Got booklet through post . Ordered 2 items. They emailed receipt and I noticed they’d charged me £10 extra per item than was quoted in the booklet! Tried contacting by phone (2) used the “ contact us “ on their website, sent a reply to the original receipt asking them to contact me .Absolutely useless..no response at all.Free delivery though so I’ll just return them. £20 over what they quoted !!!Dont think so!

One off my goods was broken when it arrived. I informed the people it concerned who were very good at replacing it. It was just Hermes who let the side down they were trying to deliver it to a place 20 miles away 3 times they informed me of my parcel not being delivered because no one there. I then got in touch with the company who made the toy about the problem & it was with me the next day. I am very pleased how the problem was sorted But i am not very pleased with Hermes.

A good quality product. So pleased at long last to receive the 2-in-1 travel rollator. It's sturdy, looks good and is a good width to take the largest of beams and the wheels are nice and big to reduce the shake affect of uneven surfaces. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the length of time it took to arrive. Hence only 4 stars, although to be fair Expert Verdict did keep us up to date with expected delivery windows as they came and went.
