Only just received the gloves today after a wait of six weeks. Not impressed

The item was delivered a month late, but I understand the problems with the Christmas deliveries. It will take some time before I can decide whether the sonic toothbrush is as good as my oral B electric ones but I shall persevere for a while. In truth I did not do enough research to find the sonic brush that indicates the time programme; for instance my Oral B indicates 30 second intervals. But hopefully in time I shall recognise the value of the sonic brush.

The goods ordered didn't come in time for Christmas but they informed me when I rang about them. I was told they had a problem with dispatch because of high demand, but it has now arrived a bit late but very beautifully packed and much appreciated by who they were bought for.

Part of a Nov order apparently got lost. So I contacted Expert Verdict in Dec. and they replaced the order, which arrived on Jan 6th. So helpful customer service and eventually a satisfactory outcome, thank you

When I ordered, I was told that the delivery would be on 3rd Jan. Obviously as this was a Bank Holiday, I expected it to be delivered on 4th Jan. Delivery notification was only sent to me after it had been delivered with a picture of it dumped on the doorstep. They claimed that had left it in the porch, but my daughter's house does not have a porch, so it has been dumped in the elements. My daughter was at home on Monday and Tuesday, even yesterday, but today she, an NHS worker, and her partner are at work and will not return until after 6pm. So, the parcel may be stolen or end up soaking wet in the inclement weather in Scotland. I will not order from Verdict or any of the associated companies again if they are going to use an irresponsible company like Hermes. This is not the first time I have experienced Hermes leaving parcels out in the rain so that contents get soaked. I hope that Verdict will take responsibility if anything happens to this parcel.

Wonderful service, I used the service for my Christmas present buying, being nearly ninety it saved me the worry of Christmas shopping and going into town for present buying, all presents were received with delight. Thank you most sincerely - will use this service from now on.

I'm still waiting for an order for spectacle lens cleaner made some weeks ago. Although I was notified initially that there might be some delay in delivering this item, I've heard nothing from you since. Hence the poor rating.
