Never used this company previously. Seems very good, delivered quickly

Purchased set of Neo-Chef pans. They are excellent and because the handles are detachable they take up less room in the cupboard. Delivery within around a week or so. Every pot was wrapped and boxed separately so arrived in pristine condition.

I have sent three emails no reply phoned twice and got nowhere so I just give up I will write and if I still get I will cancel my order BCE69933

I purchased these cakes as a gift, so I don't know what they taste like, but I am very pleased with the presentation.

When I tried to order my silk duvet on-line, it would not let me complete my order, so I telephoned my order, still got the discount when I explained that I couldn't complete online. The polite and efficient lady told me roughly when to expect delivery and it was prompt and efficient. I love the duvet - this is my second silk one; the first being bought in China, and unfortunately not washable. Well done Expert Verdict - a quality duvet and excellent service.
