I have been searching for a bath mat in Magenta to match my Christy towels. This one by Bliss is a perfect match.

Second item I ordered never came, nor was there any contact about it being delayed (by over a month). Then the tracking app said the second item was promised by the twelfth of Nov. It did not arrive so I contacted customer services to chase my order. No reply to my email just a notification that the £60 had been returned to my account. No explanation, no apology. Then you emailed me to say my order was completed and could I leave a review! Poor communication and poor customer service.

everything arrived from suppliers in good time

The gutter guards were too big to fit into our gutter down pipes so were returned via Hermes, and refund requested. The website works well but more information about sizes might have helped and avoided returns. Pity, as the items looked ideal for their purpose. The product might work better if they come as separate parts that can be adjusted to fit down pipes.

No assembly instructions. Initially inserted battery in the wrong way - when extracting it, a small piece of metal came out with it. When finally assembled nothing worked.
