I would leave no stars if possible. My order apparently will not be delivered until July 2022. Every reply to cancel my order is information on how to track your order. . I have asked repeatedly for full refund but no just tracking advice given. Not waiting 8 months !

My ordervwas due on 17 November and eight days later I still don't have it. I should have ordered direct from Scotts of Stow. Since I wrote and posted the above Scotts of Stow have been in contact and my order has arrived. They even contacted me at 8.15am this morning to check that I had received the order. They may not have been on the ball at first but they have since sorted the order out, so I am now satisfied with this.

It's easy to order and fast delivery, but the returns is a hassle now , much easier when returns label was in parcel and you coukd just stick label and return , makes me hesitate ordering now .

Ordered a watch.was told delivery would be by 18 November. Not arrived by 21November. Tried to call phone lines closed. Sent 2 emails no response to either. If I do not receive a response in the next 2 days I will be contacting visa to claim my money back. Dreadful customer service will not use again.

My rating is set in this position because of the time it took for me to actually place my order.Overall I made 4 calls to the Verdict number. When my BT bill arrived I was informed that my first call cost £4.48, the second,£4.39, the third £2 34 and the fourth £1.28...over all a total of £12.49....Not a very fair price when added to the contents of my order! I am pleased with the picture keeper for back up on my computer but I found it a little difficult to install. I thought i had installed my pictures but eventually the picture keeper website came up on screen welcoming me and so I will look at it another day as it is time consuming. I think it has given me a list of what also I can download.
