Disappointed!

I was disappointed that the Radiator Towel Rail did not fit my Radiators, and will be returned. The extendable rods did not "fix" into position solidly and one rod was slightly bent. I have had better purchases in the past.

A truly awful ordering experience

A truly awful ordering experience. Never could order on my mobile. Phone line no reply. Tried to order using website. Wouldn't accept the voucher code I had. Tried placing the order by the phone - placed the order, but still the rep refused to take the voucher. I was told that I'd have to phone back the next day to speak to the customer enquiry line - which I refused to do. So I didn't not get to use the voucher even though I had one. Misrepresentation - should not have to phone twice to get the company to honour a voucher code provided. Never again. UPDATE: the voucher had a spot code and didn't apply therefore it's my fault. In my view real misrepsentation. Also, order line never said that. "Customer Experience manager" defensive and rude.
