I am very pleased with my Ectpot. The recipe book didn't come with it but I phoned and it's being sorted. Looking forward to using on my motorhome.

The mower hardly touched 2 week long grass, even on it's lowest setting. You could only really tell where I had mowed, by the wheel tracks. I know cordless mowers do not cut as short as other mowers, but the lowest cut on this one, was far too long, and nowhere near as short as the one, it was to replace. I have returned it for a refund, as I was very disappointed with it's performance

Double 3 tog duvet - The cover material is the cheapest, the padding probably OK but only held in place by two wide stitched sections, which leaves padding floppy and buckling, very poor quality for £29.

Having purchased Solar Light only to find that it was not in great working order. However, after several communication with Customers Services Team, they were helpful in their responses. The item was replaced. The light is now functioning as expected. Delighted with the outcome.

First order never arrived as they didn't have product in stock. Should have not advertised the product or then sold it, without being in stock. Second order, first item arrived quickly but the second never arrived. Verdict blamed the carrier, the same carrier who had delivered numerous items to me during the first lock down (from other suppliers) I won't be using Verdict again, poor experience.
