Had a visit from Nigel, who was pleasant and professional, he made the whole ordering experience very easy and personal. We ordered the chair, with a deposit and he told us it would be three weeks. We received a telephone call today to say it was being delivered. Dan and Brian turned up early to make the delivery and assembled the chair in my mum room in really good time and she has been enjoying sitting in her custom made chair for the rest of the afternoon, in pure comfort! Glad we chose The Recliner Factory over other companies as the end result far exceeded what we were exceeding. We would recommend them to anyone who needs a personal and comfortable chair.

The salesman gave good advice and was very patient. Delivery men were exceptional. Quick delivery and very pleased with the product.

Kevin Shaw is a very pleasant man. Explained about the company, lead time 3 weeks on any orders showed me all the fabrics and brought indoors a sample recliner chair.

Mike and Andy who delivered the chair were very pilot and helpful. Not only were easy to understand instructions given to my wife as to how to operate the different positions of the chair but they were very helpful in getting the chair to the first floor where our flat is situated and in rearranging furniture to accommodate the chair.

Brian and Dan visited us with the recliner/riser. Chair was assembled and Brian instructed my husband and myself on how to use safely. He watched as my husband practiced to get on and off the chair and advised accordingly.

I'm taking them to court. Paid £3,386 for a recliner chair that lasted 2 weeks. Manager categorically refuses to refund my money. Even said I had to pay to have the chair looked at to see if it was a manufacturing fault. Been in touch with trading standards and they are involved. Stay well away from this company. Salesman lied about everything and even said the protective coating was included in the price and it cost me £99 I didn't know I had paid. Worst company ever. They have replied that I wanted a refund because the chair wasn't comfortable. Lies again. The seat collapsed after 2 weeks and this gives me the right to a refund under Consumer Rights Act 2015 and stating chair purchase not of satisfactory quality, free from fault and lasting reasonable time. This is a trading standards issue and they, not me are taking them to court on my behalf. They must know Consumer Rights, but think we are easily mislead and believe what they tell us. I have 47bl years experience in law and they have to refund me by law. No product only lasts 2 weeks and then to lie by saying I was not satisfied with the comfort of the chair is downright disgusting. Stay well clear of this company

I can’t yet comment on the chair as i have only just placed the order but I had my demo today with salesman Kevin Shaw and I can honestly say he was great. Knew his stuff, was honest , professional but natural and upfront, no sales tactics and the product from was excellent. Once I’ve received the product I’ll write another review.
