Bed delivered on time, Craig and partner were a good working team the bed was very quickly assembled and all packaging cleared and taken away, and time taken to show operation of the bed, and advice on the care of mattress. I had a good nights sleep on the bed firmness of mattress just right for me.

Recently purchased two recliner Chairs ( powered ) from the Company. They were deliverd on time to my Home, by two employees Matt and Wayne who were a credit to the company both very polite and assembled both chairs and explained the operations in detail. They also took away the sofa to be donated to a Charity.

Please make sure when a friend or relative orders a recliner DO make sure the item is safe for use. A dangerous issue with my elderly Nan’s recliner that made it more of a risk than before she had the mobility aid. Non slip feet that were promised in the build not fitted, when she sits in the chair it slides back on laminate floor. I have video evidence for the company to review and give me feedback. A mobility aid that can slide away from the user is NOT safe and should never have been allowed for use. The anti slip pads were promised to be delivered but were not, when my Nan asked where they were she was quoted another £125 on top of the approximately £4000 pound already paid!!!

From the first contact through the demonstration visit to the delivery of my chair this company was very professional, understanding & respectful. I had an excellent customer experience. The chair was delivered ahead of time and works perfectly. Very comfortable. I would recommend them. They have their own factory with Willowbrook being another brand of the Kingswood Group. Lovely people!

Another delivery, this time an adjustable bed, delivered by the marvellous Diz and Brian and the only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because despite something close to 90% of the population being right handed, this bed has the controller on the left hand side. Not helpful when with MND, my movement is very limited.

Don & Brian, Were excellent, they were friendly, thoughtful and worked very hard and were quick, they took time to explain about the chairs and made us feel good and we felt at ease with them because they took the time to show us everything about the chairs and answered all our questions..it was so nice to have people who know what they were talking about..

My daughter took delivery of my chairs as I was I hospital. When I arrived home a few days later I was delighted to see how they fitted in my small sitting room, and also that the settee matched the recliner chair, no wings. My daughter told me that the removal of my old chair and settee was flawless as was the bringing in of the new chairs. The delivery team were very pleasant and efficient . Your delivery time of 21days was spot on.

The fitters came on time, were very professional, moved around my furniture in such a way that i did not have to get.rid of anything. They cleared away all the rubbish under the old chairs and took their time to explain and test all the features of the new recliner chair to make sure they worked. A job well done. Thank you
