ReclinerFactory make the most comfortable, beautiful chairs! We purchased one for my dad who has Parkinson’s and it’s been such a massive help for him. Our installers were Brian & Dan, who were both lovely, informative, very funny and couldn’t do enough for us. They even took away our old sofa and helped to rearrange the living room to fit Dad’s new chair in. Cannot recommend enough!

Twice I ordered a brochure via their on line advert. No brochure arrived. I then tried ordering via a chat line. No brochure arrived. Beginning to think I'm wasting my time. Never mind, plenty of competition out there.

Cannot comment on the quality of the product only on my presales experience. My first email to sales@ asked if there was a show room to view product. Not acknowledged or replied to. Sent THREE requests for a "Quick Quote" again not acknowledged or actioned. A call to the "Sales" department to get a price to be told we don't do pricing we are receptionists! Ordered a brochure which turned out to be a PDF file ( fine by me, not the wife ) The promised 50% discount voucher not included! We're in the market for two recliners. UPDATE Have managed to drag a non specific price for a chair. This came from Willowbrook not Recliner Factory but the same organisation. Prices about the most expensive I've seen, no sign of the direct saving or the 50%off.

Recliner Factory are an excellent company. They are quick, efficient, provide excellent quality products and keep their promises! Kevin who carried out the initial visit to our home to assess our chair need was excellent. Friendly, accommodating and honest. He helped us make the right choice. Craig and Inout who delivered and installed our chair were helpful, friendly and very respectful of our property. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and would use Recliner Factory again. Excellent quality and service.

Both the demonstrator. Thomas, and the delivery men, Ionut and Tom, were pleasant and efficient, and the product is excellent.

After having an initial home visit and demo, we decided to go ahead and order the Grosvenor settee and two recliner chairs with all "the bells and whistles" of chair operation included. The sales team was friendly and polite with our initial queries. On the day, the installation team of Andy & Kris was excellent, they were friendly, polite, engaging, efficient, and transparent with any other questions that we had. Initial observations of the furniture are, well made and comfortable with the remote hand devices easy to use. I know that the recliner factory is gaining popularity with excellent customer reviews and T.V ads of this mobility furniture I look forward to the years of support and comfort they will bring. My chair was ready well within the time I was told it could take. The sales team were very helpful and informative. The installation team (Brian & Diz) were great. Very polite, and very good with my dogs. Now looking forward to using my chair👍🙂
