I bought one of these chairs nearly a year ago whilst the man who came to demonstrate a chair was very helpful and seemed to know his stuff I must say this is the worst chair I have ever sat in it feels to wide and I keep leaning to the right to the point I had to put a cushion to my right to prop me up again I also feel like I don’t sit fully back in the chair as if the back rest is leaning backwards anyway I’ve tried one I’ll not bother again I’m not saying don’t buy one I’m just saying make sure it’s exactly what you want when you receive it

Bought a double bed in September 22. Bed is fine but mattress needs replacing already. When I complained although the bed has a 3 year warranty the mattress only 1 year so now I have to replace. Won’t buy a thing else from this company.

The service from start to delivery was just great. Richard was patient beyond words and totally knowledgeable and professional in all aspects and accepted my very late change of fabric without a hesitation.
