Recliner/ Riser chair arrived today Gareth and Craig were very helpful moved old furniture and put chair exactly where I wanted thank you great guys

My chairs arrived sooner than expected. Darren and Simon were great and assembled the chairs perfectly they also quickly removed the old furniture. I am very happy with the furniture and the firm’s service

Everyone was very polite in their manner but you lost a star because it was inexplicable that we were told the chair was ready when phoned on Monday for delivery on the Thursday. Then on Wednesday phoned cancelling delivery saying chair was not ready. Same thing happened the following week. However when finally delivered by Darren and Simon who were very efficient you regained some reputation through the fact that these two people were a joy to have in our house.

Matt/Simon L arrived on the dot. They were polite, cooperative (wore masks when requested) and friendly -explained how the chair worked and were v clear about care and where to go for help if needed. Took old chair away as arranged. Professional - wouldn’t hesitate to use company again and recommend to friends.

The salesman Dale was very helpful and gave us lots of options. We were eventually offered a Stock Chair at a much reduced cost but of course we were not able to see this or sit on it. It arrived on schedule by 2 helpful and pleasant men Richard & Jordan. It was not until I had sat in the chair for a little while I realized how "firm" it was. It was during the following day that I realized that the 2 back legs were of different height meaning I had call the office. They referred me to the service department which turned out to be the warrantee firm. So not that happy really

Craig and Gareth were so friendly and professional, they showed us how to use the recliner chair and asked if we had any questions. My husband is extremely pleased with the quality of the and wishes he had bought one years ago.

Stuart and Andy delivered our sofa and 2 recliner armchairs today, they were very professional, they were also really nice, friendly and polite.

I lent my elbow on the arm and the material split complained to company who duly sent a chap out took several photos and said there was a fault hadn’t heard anything from them so called customer service today who said not their fault so not prepared to help £4000 down the drain so be warned

A first class company from start to finish fantastic customer support and service,Darren and Simon the delivery drivers where brilliant setting up the chair and telling us of the package for keeping it in tiptop condition and also telling us about the beds they supple order number 1318SRC12136 thank you very much it’s a lovely convertible chair and so well made looked at lots of cheaper ones but this is the best we’ve seen ,Lynn
