New chair arrived yesterday exceptional service by Craig and Gareth,the two installers and demonstraters

Craig and Gareth assembled the chair quickly and efficiently. Gave detailed information on the chair and cleared up after themselves. Highly recommended

Right from the start Pete the salesman was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful the bed arrived within the agreed time and both Craig and Gareth the delivery/erection team where very polite and explained everything very well Would recommend the company to anybody Andrew and Shiree

The initial visit and demonstration by Mr, Onkar Farmah was efficient and helpful . There was an excellent selection of fabrics from which to choose. Delivery was within three weeks and Stuart and Darren who brought and installed the chair were punctual and wasted no time but explained fully how to use it and how to care for the fabric.

Have been waiting 10 wks for delivery OF two recliners. Was initally told 3/4 wks. Have rang co several times and so has my husband. Each time being told someone will ring u back. But nevr happened. Was also told my recliners wer on thr way at 4 wks. Thn told 2 wks later. Only left for NI. my husband wants to cancel order. Promised delivery guy will ring. No call. Wldnt gv me his no.hes called paul. Mgr laura promised a call to confirm del date. 2 wks later still hvnt heard a thing. Totally disgusted. Cust serv non existant. Have paid £2700 pounds already. Can SOMEONE PLEASE RING ME AND TELL ME WHERE MY RECLINERS ARE 07894431821

I am delighted with my new riser/recliner chair. It is easy to use, looks good, and is very comfortable. The piazza red check upholstery is lovely and was well worth waiting for. The delivery team, Craig and Gareth, arrived at the promised time, they were quick, careful, polite and very efficient. Congratulations to all concerned in building and upholstering the chair, and delivering it. You have made me happy and given me a feeling of well-being.

From my initial enquiry, the company allowed me to have a home demo of the product I was interested in, a Malvern riser recliner, which happened, and I was so impressed, I made an immediate order. The company demonstrator, Lee, was absolutely fantastic and very professional. Three weeks later I am sitting in my new chair which was delivered this morning by the company installation team; Brian and Ionut, who took away my old chair and assembled my new chair. I have to say they were excellent, gave me another full demonstration, and would not leave the house until I was happy. I could not be more pleased with the company or my chair, and in particular the attention to detail and quality of service. Thank you all!!

Pressurised selling, salesperson very friendly but stayed hours. Ordered two chairs & a settee by the time he left when we only wanted one chair. Company refused to cancel & refund when our son realised what had happened to us, only removed settee & reduced second chair by small amount (had already paid for one). At least we counted our losses by thinking we’d invested in something that would last - wrong! My husbands chair went wrong a number of times during warranty period of 3 years. Just after warranty period ended a part broke for what was the third time but company refused to help. Was quoted a huge amount for call out fee & for the part needed, it would have been hundreds. Tried to explain that there must be something badly wrong or it wouldn’t already have gone wrong before to no avail. My husband was left without a chair (he has Parkinson’s Disease & other chronic health conditions) which meant we had to go elsewhere straight away & buy a new one because we couldn’t trust this firm. A company that rips off the elderly & disabled. Uses other company names as well, Ashley Anderson, Kingswood Corporation. Wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this!

From first online enquiry to final delivery an all round excellent company providing excellent chairs. Design, construction, fabric, build all first class. Sales staff and installation, Darren & Dominic, all interested and caring.

From the initial enquiry and checking out competitors, I found this company to be much better than the others. From booking the order to delivery of the product, I have nothing but curtesy at all levels. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a recliner chair. Darren and Dominic were great during the install. Very good customer service experience.
