The two fitters, Richard and Jordan, turned up on time and got started taking the old chair apart. This was taken out and the new one brought in and assembled. I was shown how to operate the controls before they left the premises.They were prompt and polite. However, 30-40 minutes i found that the chair would not rise and the leg extension would not fully retract, about 2 inches protruding. This has made it uncomfortable to sit and i have difficulty in getting out of the chair. Fault reporeted.

Brian and Stuart arrived very promptly and the installation and explanation of how to best use my recliner was great from start to finish. I was particularly impressed by their professional and caring approach.
