A really good product with a good price and the 2 Men that delivered & installed our new beds were so friendly ,helpful & polite & took there time explaining how to use the remote controls ,so we are very appreciative to Simon (13) & Andy (22) Top Men

Great service and product

From beginning to the end of the bed buying process we were kept informed of everything we needed to know. Our salesman Tony was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. The installation team Craig and Gareth were great too. Loving our new bed - and it looks great too

Great delivery team

The delivery team Craig and Gareth very professional and helpful cannot praise them highly enough 10/10. The only negative which has nothing to do with Craig and Gareth The headboard should have been dual coloured (two toned) which it is not, hopefully this will be rectified.

Nightmare

I was quite pleased last year when i bought my recliner, but then it jammed one day. I couldn't get out of it easily due to mobility, and ended up falling on it as i stood up. Well, it has a 3 year guarantee I hear you say. Uh, No. I called the number they left me and they are apparently WIllowbrook as well. They sent someone out. Apparently they also trade as Kingswood. 'its bent- you need a new arm' they said. 'you'll hear from them.' No. A month later I phone them. 'We'll come out and fix it'. No, they came and assessed it again. 2 weeks later, I phoned them again. Eventually, and all this time, I'm having to slide off it and its getting more and more bent, they came to take it away. Then it transpires that they expect me to pay over £1200, because its bent! No- get it off the van! its bent because it jammed. I am fully aware of what is 'bent' in this transaction, and its not me or the chair. The stitching at the back is busting open and as its leather i can't fix it. All in all a really bad buy, from a company who don't know who they are and have more arms than an octopus and are just as slippery. Don't trust them.

This has been a terrible experience on bad customer service and a problem that could be easily fixed. We ordered a bed on 30/05/2023. Was delivered June 14th. What should've been an easy installation has turned into a frustrating and long battle with your company. This was to be an exciting time for my father for him being able to sleep downstairs and continue to stay in his home as he ages. If the installers had done this correctly, ( missing stopper and incorrect installation of headboard) we would not be still calling to have things fixed. Below is the sequence of events as of today Aug 21st 2023 June 14th Bed delivered and set up. Once set up was noted that the remote was on the wrong side and too short for ease of use. The bed did not operate smoothly. Email and pictures were sent to document problem. June 19th Called as nothing had been done. Remote extender was ordered. Was told fitters would come and fix. June 21st No response, Called again, fitters scheduled to come and fix problem. June 26th Fitters came, installed remote extender, took pictures and claimed nothing was wrong. July 4th No response, Called again, was told a supervisor would call back within 24hrs. July 7th No response, Called again, was told supervisor would call back in 48hrs. July 17th No response , Called again. An apt was made for engineer to come Monday 24th, email was received for confirmation. July 18th Received a call to schedule engineer. We told them one was already made. They had no record of this conversation or appointment. Another appointment was made for the July 27th. July 27th Engineer came. Noted that the bed was missing a stopper at head of bed. Because of this it made it difficult for bed to lower in addition with the headboard being installed incorrectly with too large of screws and no spacers/washers. He said he would come back as he didn't have all the parts. Took pictures and said he would report issue. Aug 7th No contact. We called again; Was told we had refused repair. UNTRUE!!!!!!! Was told someone would contact to schedule repair within a week. Aug 16th No contact. Called AGAIN. After being given the runaround and finally talking to supervising engineer, someone is scheduled for Monday 21st August. Aug 21st No call was made to referenced phone number but an engineer did show up. A stopper was placed at head of mattress but did not solve the problem. Washer was removed and headboard was 'tied' in place. The issue of the bed not going down with ease is still an issue. AT THIS POINT WE HAVE NO FAITH ON DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY .

I was very pleased with the service I received, they arrived when they said they would both men were polite and helpful gave a thorough demonstration and not inly dis they take the old chair away they took all the rubbish as well
