The fitters turned up on time and were polite and friendly,they completed the bed fitting and cleaned up after themselves. The operation of the bed was explained and a hard copy was given to me,very good service all round.
Adjustable bed complaint
Bought a adjustable bed from this company after I came out of hospital with breathing problems and my disability for the reason I cannot lay flat hence why I got a adjustable bed . I leave it up and sleep upright and I DO NOT LAY DOWN AND SLEEP! 7 months go by and this mattress started to sink where my bum goes so I have turned ,flipped, adjusted the latts to no avail. It’s causing my coccyx to hurt and my syatic nerve has stated again I’m unable to sleep in the bed sometimes as too uncomfortable they sent two men, first man who came did his checks said there was a dip there, got report said nothing wrong so told us a different story, I asked for second opinion another man came on Thursday 3/8/23 did is checks the telephone me today said nothing wrong? I then asked for a report on my visits and was sent email which says the mattress is ok and not faulty. But the inspector said I have the back up on bed then get in and lay down I told him I sleep up right and don’t lay down but put in report I lay down ? These are£3000 beds that u want to be able to use fully and that’s not happening, I offer the company and inspectors to come here and sleep 1 night but please send a person who is the same height and weight as me Not a 6ft skinny man as these are for disabled people and one box does not fit all we are all different If I could give any advice thinking off buying from this company Don’t because they are not forth coming with customers when complaining, even when guarantee warranty for 3 year mattress 12 months ? I complained well before 12 months and I researched and found mattress are 24 months. Not very nice company.

Craig and Gareth brought my recliner chair today they were very professional and friendly. They took my two-seater recliner sofa away and all the packaging, I have been sat in it for approx 40 mins and it is so comfortable my back ache has eased

Perfection is the only way to describe the device from start to finish brilliant sales personality quick turnaround and brilliant delivery and installation This says it all and I doubt if it's beetable .

Does not live up to advertising
I bought a riser recliner from this company in March 2020. Six months later I had to have the motor and another part replaced while it was still in warranty. It broke under normal use. Last week it happened again! Unfortunately it is now out out of warranty. When I rang customer services to express my disappointment I was constantly reminded that it is out of warranty and they could not help. I was to be charged £128 call out fee with no guarantee it could be fixed. I felt at least the call out fee could be waived. I am left to conclude that the recliner factory thinks it's ok that they make sofas and sell them for high prices but consider it is sufficient if they last only 3 years. A replacement 2 seater sofa costs £4,800 excluding VAT!
Impressive delivery experience
Stuart and Ionut made every effort to get us and were very helpful and friendly setting up the chair. Their explanations were clear and unhurried. From our first contact, the company provided a fast personal service with the chair being delivered within the time frame. Only one niggle concerns the office not telling us the delivery date tho they said they tried. If the landline fails, an email usually succeeds.
