Efficiently delivered

Everyone we have dealt with within the company have been brilliant. The gent who came to do demo, 10 out of 10, (sorry can't remember his name), The lady organising delivery date 10 out of 10. Stuart and Brian, delivery people and setting up chair 11 out of 10. Everyone has been so professional. The delivery guys had to contact customer service re the wrong headrest cushion, all sorted over the phone just awaiting replacement. My husband and I so far have only got praise for this company

Pleasant helpful staff who took time to explain how the heat, massage etc worked. I rang to check how chair was progressing after a little more than 2 weeks and was told they would deliver next day. They rang the next morning to confirm the delivery time and they arrived on time. Moved the old chair and took all packaging away. All in all very pleased.

Both guys really lovely - helpful with the advice and made mum feel really at ease Just a little disappointed that the chair doesn’t fit for mums need as the foot plate rubs on the carpet - they have suggested different sized castors to be fitted otherwise it can be returned to be altered - really hope that the aftercare team are as brilliant as Stuart and Brian

From requesting the brochure, to demonstration ordering and delivery the process was superb. Simon and Darren, the delivery engineers, were outstanding! They were pleasant, cheerful, and professional. They removed my old furniture and then assembled my new furniture, taking time to demonstrate my new chair and take me through the paperwork. They are an asset to the business.

Andy & Mike delivered a recliner chair to my 91 year old mother on 25 May. Their service was excellent, keeping in touch with me to confirm timing both day before, and on the day of delivery, to ensure I could be there to assist. They moved existing furniture with no issue, despite awkward spaces, and were very good at demonstrating the chair. Couldn’t fault their kindness or service, thank you.
