My new Chair arrived today, It was all I expected and more. The service I received was first class.

Andy and Mike were so helpful, placing my chair were i needed it and making sure i new how to work and advising me on some other things

The staff setting up my new bed were very courteous and helpful. However, on making the bed l found one corner of the mattress was soaked and l was surprised no mention was made of this nor an explanation given. This was disappointing. Otherwise the bed was as promised. Thank you Recliner Factory for your otherwise excellent customer care.

Delivery of the item was great.Darren and Simon were very courteous and explained how to operate the chair. Mum seems very pleased with the service.

Delivery Team Brian & Ionut, promptly delivered our two new Windsor Riser Recliner Chairs today, earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. They unpacked and assembled both chairs and demonstrated how to use them in detail, making sure we understood how to correctly operate them, they explained away any queries we had such as one of the chairs was missing a light but it would be posted on to us at a later date. The chairs look and feel well made and of high quality workmanship and materials. I must say to finish Brian & Ionut were both pleasant and courteous throughout their visit and even took away our old chair free of charge. I would recommend ‘The Recliner Factory’ for anyone considering buying a new riser recliner chair.

everyone needs to know that this is the Willowbrook company... and Willowbrook sells people who come around. They give you the big sell about what you need but don't tell you about so-called offers they have. Say they can sort finance out to help spread the cost.., They also don't tell you that you cant cancel the order as it is made to measure. Because of this, we went ahead with the order even though we felt pressed into it, thinking we would get the finance. it's not true if you what finance you have to sort it out yourself... We are a low-income family and I have had to sort this chair out for my mum which she was going to pay for, I have now had to my for it on my credit card. and don't bother trying to complain as they get a manage to ring back which in my case was after 6pm... to say basically there is nothing you can do.
