Very good comfortable recliner excellent construction easy to use controls

Stuart and Brian were superb. Both were friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. A pleasure to have them in my home.

Wonderful helpful staff from the recliner factory. From the moment we tried and tested the recliner chair to buying it and having it delivered. All very professional. Especially thank you to the delivery guys Stuart and Neil. They had a hard task delivering the chair which they carried up two floors. They we so polite and courteous. They were also very tidy and took away all the packaging with them too. They set up the chair and explained how to use it. They also had extra bits in case we wanted to purchase things and never pressured us to buy them. We did buy an item for the cleaning and maintenance of the chair fabric. They were cheerful, very professional and patient! Thank you for the great service!

Brian and Stuart who delivered the chair came at the time arranged were cheerful and friendly. They explained in detail how the chair worked even hoovered the carpet where the old chair had been. The company were friendly and efficient to deal with right through to the delivery.

apart from the chair being great,the two gentlemen that fitted it were exceptional ..very caring,and they made sure my wife who is disabled very comfortable before the left..well done andy and mike....

This is a continuation of my earlier review for The Recliner Factory. So, after paying £3000 for a chair it developed a fault with the handset after just a couple of months. The engineers turned up, pleasant guys, but they had not been given a replacement handset to fit. They were told it had been posted to me which was the first I knew about it. The sheer incompetence of not letting me know and not checking if I had received it before sending out their engineers is absolutely astounding. Update For Monday 5th June 2023 Briefly, Engineering turned up to fix problem with my £3000 handmade, bespoke recliner chair which lasted 2 1/2 months. They couldn't fix the problem and have to order some thing. It is now the 9th June and no contact whatsoever from the company. The chair is obviously not fit for purpose and in a fairer world they should just take the chair away and refund my money. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase which is causing me mental anguish and back pain from having to use my old recliner. EDIT 14th June No contact whatsoever from recliner factory. No phone, no email. I have no idea if the thing to be ordered has actually been ordered, is on it's way or what. This is shockingly bad customer service.

Fantastic service very helpful young men in Simon and Darren . Very good instructions on how to use chair and what to do if something was not quite right. Took the old suite which for us was a big bonus . I'd certainly recommend this company to anyone with disability needs
