Have just had matt and ionut delivered a stand up recliner chair both these guys were incredibly professional and friendly they took time to ensure my mother could sit comfortably and understood how to use remote control I would highly recommend your company and staff

I was impressed with the workmanship and quality the only reason that 5 stars was not given was the control cable. This was black in colour and was obviously in sight, considering the cost of the chair the cost of changing the route or using a coloured cable would be minimum.

We are very pleased with our new adjustable bed. We were visited by Kev who discussed options and brought along a bed to try. Explained about all the different controls and took all the required measurements. We opted for the fast track service and the bed arrived very quickly, it looks great and nothing like a clinical/hospital bed. The bed frame looks very plush and very importantly the mattress is super comfortable. Simon and Darren were so friendly and very quickly assembled the new bed and demonstrated the controls and a crafty tip for the drawers that we had opted to have included. Also pleased to note that the old bed and mattress they took away is passed onto charity - always good to hear. Kudos to them for managing to get the old bed down from our loft extension - not easy but they managed. Overall, very pleased with the service from the first phone call through to getting our new bed. Here’s to many a happy nights sleep

From ordering my chair at home it was delivered by Daren and Simon who tested it before leaving. A good experience from start to finish.

I suffer from many ailments which cause me a great deal of pain, I telephoned the company for a quote on a rise and recline chair, they said they would have to send someone to the house to give a quote. The representative assured me the chair would change my life for the better it would be the perfect fit and although very expensive worth every penny. I asked for some time to think about it as we would have to borrow to afford it and was told we would never have this price again and you can't just ring to confirm you had to say yes there and then. I placed the order as I was willing to go into debt if it was going to alleviate some of the pain. When it arrived, it was hard, uncomfortable and didn't seem to fit me. I tried it out for a few days but it was causing me so much pain I had to resort to using my old chair. When I complained to the company I was told they do not have to be comfortable, we are all different they don't fit everybody, yet I thought that bespoke was exactly that, bespoke to you. I cannot have my money back, which was in the small print, this wasn't explained to me at the point of sale. I am now saddled with debt and an ornament that cost nearly £3000. This has made me so upset it has made me ill, it certainly has changed my life but not for the better.

Darren & Simon arrived at the agreed time and provided an excellent service which included the operation of the chairs and how to dismantle them and the settee in case we ever moved

Very pleasant and cheerful installers. Soon got old bed out, and new bed assembled. Darren explained very clearly how everything worked, as we had a massaging mattress, which after only one night, we've found great. Just one observation, Chris the rep who came to demonstrate the bed did not look where the bed was going, but fortunately there's barely 5mm for the door to open. Could have been tricky.
