Darren was very cheerful, and knowledgable. He instructed us in the use of our new bed once it had been erected. He was patient and very accommodating. An extremely pleasurable experience, which took less than one and a half hours.
Errors that keep compounding
My adjustable bed was delivered on time and installed. However that was where the good review ended and problems began. Problem was there were supposed to be locking castors which were not there. The guys knew nothing about them as it was the factory manager responsible illy to ensure correct items. Also the cable for the remote barely reaches the side of the bed. This makes it unsafe for me to keep leaning out of bed each time I want to adjust the angle of the bed. As I am disabled this is not a good situation. The delivery guys told the factory and I spoke to the sales person and it was agreed to rectify the matter. However when the single man came to change the castors he couldn’t lift a double bed on his own so the castors have not been replaced. An odd cable has now arrived presumably for the remote control, but no indication in the package. So I am still waiting for the errors to be rectified. Considering the amount I paid for this bed I found the installation service deplorable due to stupid mistakes. Obviously there had been no quality checks done before despatch. I have recommended you to family but now I am not so sure.
New chair Fitted
The two fitters arrived well ahead of time (11:00 originally) they arrived at 09:00). They took the old chair away, installed the new one, then gave me full instructions on the workings of the remote handset. Delivery team James P & Neill.

The chair ordered for my husband was delivered today by the most charming Stuart and Brian. They were friendly, courteous and professional and respected my property. I was kept informed about the delivery details. The chair was assembled quickly and in a professional manner, then Stuart explained in detail how it all worked and how to look after the chair leather. The timing was given in relation to the chair being made was accurate and I was contacted to arrange delivery in a timely manner. I should also add that originally the salesman who came to demonstrate the chair was also professional and thorough without being pushy. Altogether a company that I would highly recommend from the high quality product to the proficient staff.
VERY agressive selling - no prices to make you invite a salesman around.
I was perplexed and annoyed that there were no prices on the website so filled out the webform and requested a brochure be sent to me. Seems to me if you're selling something that offers "50% off!" you need to put a number against the claim. In the time it took the brochure to arrive, I received 7 separate sales calls. Each time I pointed out that I specifically requested not to be contacted by phone (I have ME and am often resting - these calls woke me every time. One was just after 8am) and please could they remove my number from their database. Each time they said "of course" and then I'd get another call. When, on the 6th call, I got a little frustrated about being woken before 9am, I was chided for being rude! The brochure finally arrived. Lots of lovely pictures, offers of a free sofa, 50% off factory prices and, again, no prices. It seems I have to invite a salesman into my house to explain how buying chairs works. Given how aggressive the not-in-person sales team are, I have absolutely no intention of inviting someone into my home just to get an idea of the cost. Direct, aggressive sales tactics are obnoxious and, given this company sell predominantly to elderly customers are of dubious ethics: why can't you just TELL people who much stuff costs without entering people's homes? I resent these high-pressure, unwanted, relentless calls and lack of price transparency enormously. I just checked my phone: I have received 2 further calls, but have blocked the number. That's 9 in total in less than 2 weeks. Had they left me alone when I asked the third or fourth time I'd not have bothered to write a review, but they're refusing to take "no" for an answer and here we are. Maybe they offer amazing customer service once you've handed over the secret amount of money you are eventually told it's going to be, but I will never find out. Toxic. Aggressive. Relentless. Lacking transparency.

We had my chair delivered yesterday by 2 delivery drivers Brian and Stuart and they were very knowledgeable about the chair and explained everything about the operation of the chair. I would highly recommend the company

Matt and Ionut delivered my new riser recliner chair and sofa. They installed them and made sure I understood the remote control. They were very nice and they removed my old sofa and chair too.
