After initial problems with the chair (which occurred on the first day and put it out of action) that has now been fixed I am very happy with the chair. I have received excellent service from the first phone call I made to the delivery of the seat. Nothing was too much trouble for Richard, the gentleman that came to demonstrate the seat, or Darren and Craig that delivered the seat and set it up. I am absolutely thrilled with the seat. Its the first time I have been able to stand up without extreme pain in a very long time. It is also the first seat I have had that fits properly. I have sciatic nerve problems and asked for seat heating as warmth seems to help with the pain and I can honestly say I can recommend it.

Simon and Mark were as efficient as they could be. Disposing of an existing chair (not easy because of the size, but they made it look easy). They were cheerful, very likeable and a pleasure to have in my home.

Grateful thanks to Richard and Brian who went out of their way to accommodate our situation re time of day delivery. The Recliner Factory have excellent ambassadors in these two gentlemen. They worked so hard and were extremely pleasant despite having to navigate awkward steep stairs! They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient but also friendly, and went out of the way to ensure the delivery and set up of my son's replacement chair was as painless as possible. Keep up the good work, you are a credit to yourselves and the company!

We have just bought a electric bed and rise and recliner chair . Both reps were excellent and knowledgeable and we knew we did not have to make a decision on the day .however we knew what we were looking at and as a retired nursing home manager knew what to look for. Delivery times were quicker than estimated. And the engineers were efficient and pleasant.

Absolutely criminal what company's like this get away with!!! My elderly father was interested in a motorised recliner chair but was unable to get a price without a home visit. This was an instant red flag for me so I decided to attend this home visit to support my Dad, and I'm so glad I did. Absolute Bulls##t is what we got fed for the best part of an hour about how you can't get this discount without buying another chair, or this deal will only be available today and today only! Blah Blah Blah! Eventually the quote came! £4000 for a recliner chair!!! Instantly I knew it was time for this guy to leave, but he persisted and persisted, and even said I can go to the van and give you 20 mins to think about it. Eventually we got rid of him, but only for him to knock back on the door 20 mins later saying he had spoke to his boss and we can now have pretty much the same deal but for £1600. I feel so sorry for the vulnerable elderly people out there who have no support from loved ones when these home visits occur and are most likely pressured into buying these products and spending thousands!!! Obviously these people are on commission, so the higher the sale the more goes in their pocket! This is so wrong when it's probably 90% of sales must be to elderly vulnerable people!! Company's like this should be investigated! Shocking!!!

Following a meeting at my mothers apartment ,an order for a reclining chair was made.Sadly a few days before my mother was to take delivery she passed away. Notwithstanding the bespoke chair had been manufactured and ready for delivery the Recliner Factory immediately agreed to cancel the balance of purchase price over and above the paid deposit.Furthermore ,and without pressure or prompting ,they made an additional, and unexpected ex-gratia refund.Exceptional

Bradley Jordan came to do a fabulous demonstration of a bathlift he was on time and very well informed and answered all are questions professionally
