I made it clear that we needed 100mm clearance under the the recliner settee for mobility gear. It came with less than that. Teresa died before it was delivered, and they are still sending emails in her name asking if she wants to buy a bed from them. I asked them to stop, but I got another one today. Edited for their answer So you're going to do nothing about the £2400 settee being not how we needed it.

This company has a disgusting after sales service. I ordered an adjustable bed and firstly the wrong size bed frame was delivered on the 18/08/22 and I then had to contact the company myself to find out when the bed would be re-delivered, the second bed was then delivered on the 24/08/22 and once again, it was the wrong sized frame??. I had to contact the company again myself yesterday, only to be told that a Sales Manager named Kieth would contact me and yes I am still waiting.!! I have never experienced customer care service, such as this.

This is a reliable & competent company providing excellent service & products. My new arm chair is amazing & has really helped ease my chronic back pain because it's so supportive & comfortable. You're spoilt for choice when it comes to the range of designs, colours & materials! I can highly recommend this company & their knowledgable, professional & friendly staff.
