I bought a bespoke recliner chair, for £4.358.75p and I am 81 disabled and in bad health, someone told me i had been took advantage of, and what was my brain thinking, he checked with another company and was told it should have cost no more than half, I got in touch with Recliner factory and insulted me by offering £150 has i was disapoined with the price, the chair is not even comfortable, they told me that because I had agreed to the price, there was nothing could be done, a chap called Brian Lambert wrote on Trustpilot 28th oct that his dad wanted a chair the reps price £4.000 then it went to £1.600 mine wasn't even in Leather, so that's shows what this company is like,

The delivery men were so very helpful and understanding. The money hadn’t gone through, but they were determined that they would sort it for us, which they did. They put the chair together and made sure that it fitted correctly and that my husband was comfortable before they left. 11 out of 10.

From the demonstration to the installation we found everyone to be most knowledgeable and professional. Lee, the demonstrater was very personable. Matt 33 and Stuart 34 were ultra efficient and very respectful of their surroundings.

These chairs are fairly expensive and for me at least useless. The most uncomfortable arm chair I have ever sat in. Chair had to go back as soon as I got it due to faulty back cushions. The lumbar cushion is still faulty. Trying to deal with this company on the phone is hopeless. There doesn’t seem anybody who can do anything.

Fitters extremely efficient, cleaned up leaving no mess. They were very helpful and helped putting bedside cupboards back. Explained how it worked

from start to finish everyone was very helpful and the two men Brian and Richard who delivered and assembled were great

Was a good demonstration shown all the parts that could added to chair and cost for each. Taken time to cover details cost involved and time to check over them with me and see if am happy and in agreement Would remind the services offered and try the demonstration. Liked how Brad the sale advisor conducted sales demo, take time to cover everything and smart professional appearance and know age of chairs for sale.

Installation by cheerful, helpful efficient chaps. The explanation of how the chair worked was extremely clear. They arrived at the time they said. All round a pleasant experience. Removal of old furniture efficiently done.
