Ordered an adjustable bed for over £3000. I have a lot of health/mobility problems so was hoping it might help me. The salesman very talkative but I chose a lovely green velvet headboard and the best Mattress they had. I paid a deposit and was offered the chance to speed up delivery time by paying more only. I felt this was a rip off. I was asked to sign the salesman’s iPad and duly did so, only seeing the signature box. He did not go through any detail with me. When the bed eventually arrived, it was in a horrible, dark green faux leather. I complained immediately but no matter who I spoke to at the company they said I’d signed for it and so I was stuck with it. The control wasn’t long enough to reach but. They did provide an extension to rectify that. The bed is not great to use. It is impossible to stop slipping down so that your chin rest on your chest and with y respiratory condition, this feels like I am choking. I curse this bed every night of my life now. Incidentally I have an adjustable bed at my house in France which cost a fraction of this one and is good to use. Very disappointed to say the least.

i HAVE JUST TAKEN DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY OF A 3 SEATER SOFA {F.O.C.} AND 2 RISER/RECLINER SEATS, 1 WITH ALL SORTS OF EXTRAS AND THE 3 DELIVERY MEN, RICHARD AND BRIAN, WERE BANG ON TIME WITH THE DELIVERY SLOT AND WERE TWO OF THE MOST LOVELY MEN IVE HAD DEALINGS WITH RECENTLY, BOTH IN PLEASANTNESS, DEDICATION TO GETTING ON WITH THE ASSEMBLY JOB AND CARFULNESS IN NOT BANGING INTO ANTHING. A SUPERB COUPLE OF MEN YOU EMPLOY THERE. BRAVO. ALSO THE SAME APPLIES TO ALEX ONE OF YOUR SALESMEN, WHO WAS SUPERB AT HIS JOB TOO, WITH NO PUSHING YOU INTO ANYTHING. BRAVO AGAIN

I brought an electric bed that is so comfortable I actually get some sleep now. The delivery man Darren took my old bed down and put my new one up. It took the man about an hour to take my bed down because a screw in the wooden headboard wouldn't undo. He was so patient such a nice polite man I wish all delivery men was like him he never complained once. I was so worried thinking his going to give up in a minute. I think his boss is lucky to have him..

Having had a demonstration, we requested a non-standard size bed, to aid my wife's condition and the room layout. This was completed within 14 days and delivered early the following week. The installation team of operatives 33 and 34 quickly assembled the bed and explained all the necessary information for its use and adjustments. Great service throughout the order.

Andy and Jack the installation team were great. Very efficient at delivering and setting up the new chair and very patient with my mother-in law in making sure it was set as she wanted it. They explained really well how it worked and got her settled in.
