From beginning to end I had the best experience ever. The men who fixed up the bed were so quick and professional. I was kept informed all the time. My large bed was taken away. Nothing was too much trouble.

BEWARE ! of paying the huge deposit (£640) as they do not tell you it is none refundable ! Not mentioned at the demonstration appointment when they took the deposit. Not found anywhere that says this. No documentation until days after deposit was given. Chair did not look like the design in their picture, wings of the chair set too far back, when I needed the wings for extra side head rest, due to spinal tilting, which would be impossible! Had the cheek to ask for the remainder £2000 a few days before delivery which thankfully I did not pay as I wanted to see what I was getting for all that money. Which was an ugly, cumbersome, totally unsuitable chair. I have since bought a smart rise recliner, with suitable wings, heat and massage for a fifth of the price. Please look around and don't waste your money thinking you will get something special. Unless you don't mind throwing your money away.

I have just ordered a chair for my father from this company. Babor Hussain was my Sales Executive and has been absolutely fabulous. Over the last few days, he has answered all my questions clearly, efficiently and patiently. His promptness and work ethic alone stopped me going to purchase a chair elsewhere. Working in retail myself I am aware of good/bad service and his alone ranks highly on my top few, if not the best, for customer service interaction. Thank you Babor.

Delivered within the time slot arranged by Richard and Brian. Extremely helpful taking old chair out and bringing new one in, and placing it best place. Explained clearly how to work the mechanism .

Phoned for an appointment as I have an artificial hip and osteoporosis in my spine and was finding the settee getting uncomfortable, agent came on 6 September 2022. Brought a chair for me to try, really comfortable. Took measurements (height, weight), I chose what type of chair I wanted, fabric, colour etc. Paid deposit, said would be about 8 weeks as they have to make it. Got phone call on Friday, 17 September saying chair would be delivered on Wednesday 21st between 11.30am - 1.00pm. Brian and Richard arrived at 11.50am, assembled chair, checked fitting was correct, showed me how to use the buttons on the remote. When I was satisfied, I paid the balance and they left. So far really delighted with the chair.

Met with Brad for a quotation, I must say what a pleasant personable chap went through 2.5 hours of explaining all the detail and quality of the chairs gave excellent demonstration

Antony was first class all round, although 50 minutes late due to traffic accident diversions! A hard worker and fun to talk to. Antony should be retained at all costs as a valuable team member.
