Good experience from start when the rep David visited and assessed my wife's needs precisely to ensure that chair was manufactured correctly to the delivery and installation by Simon and James, all 3 were very courteous and extremely helpful. The chair seems to be manufactured to a high standard and we are pleased with the quality of the product. We like that everything is made in the UK, and that after sales service will be available, most important when purchasing a high value item. Not cheap but you get what you pay for at the end of the day

The original salesperson was very knowledgable and I was able to try a similar chair. I ordered the chair which only took 3/4 weeks to arrive, the gents who brought it were quick and tidy which was good. The chair its self is very comfortable have dosed off on many occasions. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Excellent service from start to finish. From the salesman who came with a sample chair, answered all our questions and queries, then measured my partner to make sure the correct size chair was ordered. To keeping us informed of a delivery date, and a promt efficient delivery. Would highly recommend.
