From start to finish, an excellent service. David was extremely professional, clear and friendly when explaining our options to us. Simon and James were engaging and informative when delivering, installing and explaining our new chairs to us. So pleased to have a quality product along with excellent customer service from a quality company.

The bath hoist fitters Lee and Glyn came and fitted a bath hoist for my disabled wife and they were perfect gentlemen gave great advice and cleared all the drill spill and left the bathroom spotlessly clean. The job was completed unbelievably quickly and they left usage instructions and recommended timescales for battery charging. The fitters arrived bang on time and were very polite but also very outgoing Job no. 58291473

When this chair arrived it is know ware near as comfortable as The one that the salesman had with him the day that we tried it out, you feel like you are to sat up when you sit in it and you cant move yourself backward as there is no room to do so and it a lot harder then the demo chair . I just feel it been measured wrong and as been a waste of money .

Excellent service from beginning to end. The demonstration and telephone follow up was clear and helpful. Delivery and setup by Paul and Mike, wearing PPE, was straightforward, friendly and informative. The bed is perfect and they were able to attach to existing headboard!

Simon and James were very helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to assist us. Would highly recommend.
