Chair was fairly good, unfortunately my wife died before she could use it. Recliner Factory said that they do not take any furniture whether used or unused. So beware of the terms of sale

All the people I dealt with were polite, friendly and helpful. The covers matched her other furniture perfectly and the chair worked well.

Sales person arrived on time....smart , listened showed me loads of options...ie single or dual motor ...cover fabrics and optional extras. I needed my chair asap so we got a one that was already built . My chair took only a week to arrive, and was installed by two company guys who then showed me how to use my chair safely. Good service great chair.

Well pleased with our chairs. 1st class professional job. While on the subject can you forward me a price for a 2 seater sofa. Does not need to be recliner 18 x 18 inch Seating same colour as both chairs.
