Very happy with purchases made. Delivery on schedule and everything set up competently and easily. Would recommend. The sales Rep was excellent too no hard sell. It was all my choice and he had lots advice about products that were very helpful. In all a good experience from start to finish had good within 3 wks which beats a lot of furniture stores that take twice as long and service not so good.

The chair, it's quality and the immediate impact on the immediate wellbeing of my parents has been of enormous value. The visit by the representative and the resulting delivery was excellent. I have only given 4 stars for one reason and that was because I responded to a promise of a half price sale only to find out that wasn't available to newly made chairs.

My chair is well made and it enables me to stand without a struggle. Good that both my husband and I have been able to have chairs that fit our individual sizes and weight.

I just bought a chair while waiting for a hip operation. It is very comfortable and easy to operate. My old chair didn’t help my conditbut this one is great. I would recommend this chair to anyone.

I called ypur office with regards to Mr Williams chair ie foot rest to short and your agent has not called be back and that was on Tuesday. I think with the amount you charge for a made to measure chair of over £2600. You should at least be checking that the item is fit for use ???? Geraldine Jackson Cash
