New releases should be more up to date

I feel that I have to wait too long for the new releases and often when they do come they are not the full 55 minute versions e.g. Body attack 115 hasn't been released on demand yet but my gym is up to 117 now.

Love Les Mills!

Love Les Mills!! Love all the options available, repeated instructions throughout the routine, explanation of the benefits of a certain exercise, the motivating instructors, release of new routines, most of the music & of course, the flexibility to work out at home. I use the programs daily or every other day & can’t speak highly enough of Les Mills. With minimal equipment too!!

Love most of the workouts. I do like having Dan and Rach more on combat. They're just very encouraging and inspiring. Love having the flexibility shorts from Body Balance too.

I used to have a subscription to Les…

I used to have a subscription to Les Mills but unfortunately had to cancel due to personal circumstances. I was recently sent an email with an offer to rejoin and thought ‘why not’, I thoroughly enjoyed my subscription last time. Unfortunately what I thought would be a simple process has uncovered all sorts of flaws and highlighted the lack of support from customer support. I received the offer while on holiday and it expires while I’m away, this therefore means that while accessing the website, I am taken to the website of the location where I am, where the offer isn’t valid and I can’t use my card because it’s not registered here as I do not live here. I contacted customer support and asked if they would be able to help me rejoin using the card details on my account and they just blatantly said they can’t. When explaining the situation and also reiterating that I had tried everything my end (ie. used my work laptop to try through our VPN but unfortunately this is located elsewhere), customer support told me I should change the location of my VPN and they couldn’t help - basically, it’s my problem. I find this the most bizarre customer support, which frankly, I don’t think you can call ‘support’ as they are apparently not able to do anything for a customer. I’m extremely disappointed that this is how you would treat customers or potential customers. Coincidentally they also sent me a survey to get feedback on offers that might entice people to rejoin - you will be receiving my feedback but I think your first port of call should be your customer “support”.

Absolutely the best on demand…

Absolutely the best on demand subscription service! Fantastic workouts, phenomenal instructors, workouts created are incredibly effective, and extremely motivating especially with the live audiences. It took me a few workouts to get used to at first finding it difficult to hear the instructors above the music at first. However, I modified the sound settings on my tv and it worked. I stream via Roku. I also became so focused on the workouts and instructors, finding the music incredibly invigorating! I especially love the trainers' professionalism: Their instruction is flawless, each one has seriously great personalities and enthusiasm, they're all in excellent shape. And, the music is fantastic, absolutely invigorating! The workouts are all so much fun, too! My fitness has improved tremendously, and cannot wait to work out every morning. I also love that there are step workouts! I mainly do Body Pump, Combat, Step, Core and Grit, but really like the yoga, Body Balance and Bodyweight workouts, too. There's additional workout types including bike classes, stretch, tone, etc. Exceptional music, production quality is outstanding. Seriously effective workouts at a reasonable price. I wish I found them sooner!

Love the workouts

Love the workouts, challenges, trainers and app. But it IS expensive. Maybe you could consider a choice of subscriptions, similar to those gyms offer - restricted access or times. I love these workouts but, unfortunately, because the cost of everything else in life has increased so much, I need to reduce outgoings and the monthly cost is now too much to continue. For those who have no financial concerns, I’d recommend it though.

The app is appalling

The app is appalling. We've paid full price for it, yet we are often unable to load the content. Incredibly frustrating. I will never renew this app. The worst one I've used. They are just interested in making money. Don't waste your time

Good workouts, but watch your money

The workouts are fantastic. So much that I switched from a monthly to an annual subscription. This gives the benefit of a better price, and I knew I'd want to continue. However: after a year they silently roll you back into the more expensive monthly subscription! Apparently this is somewhere in their conditions. Could be. Still nice to notify your committed customers at the moment you're gonna change them more. When I found out half a year later on my credit card bill, I reached out to them. After some back and forth they offered 3$ as a sign of good will if I'd start another annual subscription now, without further compensation for the extra money they charged in the past 6 months. For me exercise is about clearing the mind as well. This approach from Les Mills does the opposite! Update: after Madi's response to my review here on Trustpilot (see below), she fixed the issues with payments and subscription types which is great - thanks Madi!
