NOT a 14 day free trial!!!

Signed up to the 14 day trial and went to cancel on day 14 but they had already taken a full years subscription out of my account. Refusing to give me a refund even though i was still in the trial period. No pre warning of upcoming payment or that the subscription was due to run out soon. Taken over £100 out of my account. Advertising trial periods to lock you in and take a big lump of cash right on the last day of the trial when still in the trial period!! Money grabbing company, false advertisement. Awful customer service

Love the platform and workouts

Love the platform and workouts. I make regular use of different classes. Service loses one star though for annual renewal being snuck through with no reminder or warning. I get that this is acceptable for a monthly plan - but for an annual plan that takes such a large amount, a courtesy email is an absolute necessity.

Tout simplement génial.

Tout simplement génial.. j'étais une adepte du concept mais dans ma ville aucune salle ne le fait..j ai découvert par hasard cet appli et je m éclate. J espère qu ils continueront à faire plus de cours en français.. Longue vie à vous lesmillsondemand ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Great workouts - but Customer Service Concerns

Great workouts - my wife absolutely loves the content and new class selections (hence the 3-stars)... Customer service is terrible - she has tried to contact them multiple times by phone and email because my credit card has been double charged each month for over two years. EDIT: She did not use phone but multiple emails. After my review I also sent an email and LM quickly addressed and acknowledged a billing issue which was rectified.

Bank detail still there even you cancelled subscription

I cancelled subscription but when I tried to log in again the bank detail still there and only one button away to pay. I wonder how can you hold customers bank details even they cancelled the subscription? I understand it would be easy to renew but there is no choice to completely cancelled the account only to suspend it. So my understanding is once you put your bank details on the website then it will be there forever. Hope the company can explain it and give customers choice to cancel the account. Regards Jenny

Great workouts, awful platform

The workouts are fabulous, but the new app is so goddamn awful it actually disincentives me from working out. The download feature does not work and the sort and save function is just bad.

Je n ai pas réussi à m abonner

Je n ai pas réussi à m abonner. C est dommage car je n entends que du bien et suis certaine que la formule me conviendrai mais bon on me renvoie vers l assistance qui me donne des réponses inutiles bref je tourne en rond. Tant pis en plus ils ne peuvent pas me contacter les mills.

Blows Peloton out the water!

This review is based on the actual content I use on demand and have not had any reason to contact their customer services team yet, as I simply pay a monthly fee and it seems pretty simple to cancel if I wanted too but I have no intention of doing so as I use spin and their RPM and Sprint classes are the best I have ever taken part in and I have tried alot of different spin classes to various gyms and on demand classes. Simply put Les Mills RPM are the best spin classes around with #85 and #86 being the absolute highlights. Fantastic engaging instructors with the very best workouts to keep me coming back for more.

Je me suis abonnée il y a plus d'un an…

Je me suis abonnée il y a plus d'un an maintenant et pour l'instant je suis satisfaite de la plateforme. Des vidéos qualitatives, de la musique entrainante, des programmes différents et complémentaires et des coachs pleins de bonne humeur. C'est un bon moment à chaque fois :) Il me manque juste 2 choses pour atteindre la perfection: Des contenus nouveau plus souvent (tous les 3 mois et pas pour toutes les disciplines c'est trop long lorsque l'on fait 1 à 2 séances/jour). Le vélo c'est bien mais Il manque des vidéos de "Rameur" du même style que celles avec le vélo, ce serait vraiment parfait. Le rameur est un excellent outil de cardio très complet. A quand des séances de rameurs ? Merci pour la bonne humeur qui se dégage de vos programmes.

Good workouts, easy customer service

Good workouts and I really enjoyed them, but found that I wasn't using the service very frequently. Didn't realise my account was about to roll over, and it charged me upfront for another year. As I can imagine is the case with many people, I'm feeling the pinch at the moment and can't afford to keep subscriptions going that I rarely/don't use. Contacted and asked if I could have a refund and to cancel my subscription and it was actioned immediately. Great service, can't complain at all about that and would be happy to rejoin if it became right for me again.
