Rip off

Was under the impression my online membership expired in June 2021, so I joined a gym (David Lloyd) where I do regular BodyPump etc. I have received zero correspondence from LesMills since Sept 2021. I now noticed that a monthly LM susbcription is still being taken from my account. Have contacted to request this be reimbursed and just been told No. Absolute money grabbing disgrace of a company. Avoid because they will rip you off at the first opportunity.

The customer service is pathetic

The customer service is terrible. They are nice to you when you are enrolling and are out right rude when you are cancelling. I was told I could pay up my final payment online and that feature never worked. So I was charged for two weeks and then when I spoke to the member services person, she tells me to pay the an amount that was not reasonable. So I asked her to deduct the balance I was charged after my request for termination of membership. The woman is out right rude and does not want to help me with it. Was instead trying to push me to pay the amount she said. It’s outrageous how these people behave.

I love Les Mills !

I love Les Mills !! I already had a range of home gym equipment and did use the online content from my gym membership however the les mills classes are much better and the variety of the classes is brilliant. I haven’t tried to cancel so I can’t comment on the other reviews but what I can say is that there is something for everyone. The fitness challenges are brilliant although some slightly brutal. The spin or indoor cycling classes are addictive especially The Trip !!! The information and advice is really helpful especially the information about training around your cycle. I’m now working out 5-6 times a week instead of struggling to juggle home, work and children and squeezing in a gym session here and there. I’ve only just seen the most recent App I’ve been working from the old one ( not sure why there are lots of Les mills Apps ) the new App addresses all the issues I had. It records which workouts you have watched has loads of new content. I have never had a problem signing in as I use the App on my IPhone. Unfortunately there is not an app for my smart tv so I have to stream it from my phone to the screen, which is very easy but would prefer an App for Samsung. Just for reference I am a mum of two boys 7 and 10 also I work full time 5 days a week and am up at 5am. Trying to juggle work life balance and then maintain a sustainable fitness routine is impossible despite what any fitness trainer tells you. Les mills has made an affordable platform for busy tired people and I am very great full .

Unable to Cancel Subscription

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks now and cannot even log into the website! Untold emails from support telling me they cannot find any membership details wrong email addresses etc etc yet they can manage to debit my credit card! Awful customer service terrible company! AVOID!!!

Do not use this company as they do not cancel on request...

Do not use this company as I cancelled last may, within my free trial and just noticed I was still being billed even though i had contacted them. They can see i never used the system and i had stated my reasons why i was not using this.

Love love it

Love love it! I was introduced to LesMills at my local leisure centre where the instructors are mediocre. What a step up! The choreography and range of workout is amazing. Really enjoying Body Combat a true full body workout.

I have been subscribed to this for 3…

I have been subscribed to this for 3 years. Use it daily, and when the gyms shut it was a sanity saver. Yes you have to read the terms and conditions. Only issues have been when heavy of Internet at peak times or had an app prob. Uninstall and reinstall. Use it on firestick, or Dex on my Samsung. I have downloaded 3 workouts offline for times when the Internet down or weak.

Sure the Les Mills On Demand exercises…

Sure the Les Mills On Demand exercises are well produced and nice .... however to get to this nice content you first have to be able to LOG IN to this website. And this is where the frustration starts!! There are so many different options to log in, that something always goes wrong! Pls Les Mills team, do something about this ASAP!

Do not use this company as I cancelled…

Do not use this company as I cancelled months ago and just noticed I was still being billed even though it said cancelled when I logged in. After emailing they have assured that I won’t be auto billed again but I’m not entitled to a refund even though it was their fault. Also had the cheek to ask me how and cancelled and wanted screen shots so they can fix their system fault. Total joke

Money Grabbing Company - be warned

I hadn't realised my subscription would autorenew as I thought I had paid a one off payment for a year. When I realised and reached out to the company they were totally inflexible. They can clearly see I haven't used the account since renewal. I would expect more from a supposedly reputable company but I see there are quite a few similar reviews on here. Disappointing...
