Fantastic for reaching your fitness and wellness goals on your own terms

Fantastic range of cardio, strength and balance workouts. The instructors are very motivational. I would argue that the price is great value for money with the amount of new and old content. The application Les Mills+ has been recently upgraded and now records the number and type of your previous workouts. I have saved money (left the gym), lost some weight and got fitter thanks to Les Mills+.

Horrible customer service

I really like the workouts that Les Mills offers, but I wasn’t using the app as much due to being busier at work. I wasn’t planning on renewing my 3 months subscription but it was automatically renewed without any notification. Some sort of notice should be given before they automatically charge you for another subscription. I reached out to customer service and they refused to offer a refund! Horrible experience with customer service.

Lack of customer service.

I love the Les Mills Platform, but this poor review is for their customer services which is, quite frankly abysmal. I have sent them three emails asking for information and have even posted on their official Facebook page, but so far, nothing. All I want is some information. As a paying customer, surely that is not much to ask.

best on line app for workout anywhere…

best on line app for workout anywhere any time. Kept me fit during the pandemic where gyms were not open. I will never return back to the gym. This app has been able to push my fitness level to another zone I was never in. I've never been more fit.

Warning: Dodgy Company

Warning: This company is very dodgy!! I’ve been using Les Mills for quite a while now and really enjoyed the videos and even bought all the equipment. My old card was due to expire last month but I never updated my card details because I just had surgery and won’t be using Les Mills for a while now. I received 2 emails from Les Mills stating to update my card details or my subscription would be cancelled in 9 days. I never updated my card details…and my old card was the only 1 on my account. So how the actual hell did Les Mills have access to my new card details and take money out of my account?! This has never happened before and I feel completely violated. I’m reporting this to trading standards because something is very wrong for a company to somehow get access to my new card details and steal money out of my account without my permission.

Signed up for a free trial, charged full year

Signed up for a free trial, wasn't given option of which subscription I'd like and was automatically charged for an entire years subscription without warning. Shocked that I wasn't given the option to choose which membership I'd opt for and the default was the most expensive. Will be cancelling my regular gym membership if this LMOD subscription is not refunded.

Totally uptight system and they don’t give damn about fixing their own system!!! I uploaded video for my first training video recording to Lesmill Nordic system and it did not save. Contact but no one reply. If you are professional instructor you surely can manage without them

Didn't send a notification before free trial expired

I activated a 30 day free trial (1 year payment afterwards) and during this period i was affected by Covid-19 for the first time. I wasn't that well at all so I could not even remember that i started this trial. And then suddenly i was billed WITHOUT any sort of notification on my emails days prior to this. I always get notifications when my free trials are about to expire, but not this time and i was billed for a whole year. They did not give me a refund...

Souscription ne fonctionne pas, bugs !

Quoi dire, et bien rien. Inscription d'essai de 14 jours avec obligation de mettre ses coordonnées bancaires et puis plus rien du tout ! Support inexistant.
