"Fable" wrap around ring
I bought the Fable wrap around ring a couple weeks ago and already the very thin silver has snapped. Their thicker (more expensive) pieces are good but the thinner rings tend not to be as robust. Having paid over £30 for this particular ring it is disappointing to have it snap after 2 weeks. I have contacted customer services and they asked me to send back the ring for inspection. I will do that tomorrow and will be back with an update. Update 21 May: I sent back the ring as requested and I received an email informing me that a refund was being processed. In terms of purchasing adjustable rings in the future, I will probably spend a bit more to get something a bit more robust.

I bought a bracelet as a gift for £49, I wanted 1 for myself but it had gone up to £69, today I received an offer to get 10 percent off so I looked for the bracelet & they had put it up to £76, disgusting.
Not fit for purpose
Having been a regular customer, I am really disappointed in the response I received to returning a ring which had lost two stones after less than a month's wear. The loss of the stones was down to my 'misuse' as I had kept the ring on whilst washing my hands. They have agreed to refund me out of 'goodwill'. As a regular, multiple ring-wearer (!!!) I have never had to take my rings off before washing my hands and have never lost any stone due to this. Customer services said that I should have read the instruction booklet it came with, or looked at the footnote on jewelry care at the bottom of the website. Not good enough. It's not unreasonable to expect to be able to keep your rings on when washing your hands. If it's such an important instruction it needs to be made very clear in the ring details on the website. Hmmmmm..... would I have bought a ring from them if I had thought it would not withstand a basic hand wash - no I wouldn't. I would say that the product is not fit for purpose and the experience has destroyed my faith in the company. I have yet to receive the refund.

I had an issue with a ring that I purchased as a gift for a friend but the customer service team on the phone and email were very helpful and helped me to exchange the ring for an alternative. The customer service managed to change me from a bit disappointed to a very happy customer! My friend was delighted with her ring and I alos purchased myself some unusual earrings which I love.
Terrible company …
Terrible company …, a “solid” silver bangle snapped in half and they acknowledge it us theirs, but want nothing to do with it. Item should be fit for purpose …. this item broke on first wear! They sent the item back without resolving the issue, plus an “insulting” free token chocolate …. perhaps to sweeten the bad taste this experience left …. Never again!

Having ordered a necklace as a gift, I was disappointed when it didn’t arrive due to issues with Royal Mail. The customer service team were wonderful, they resent my item by express delivery, and it arrived the following day. Excellent service, thank you.

I rang customer services and asked when my order will arrive? She told me that she didn't have my details, and yet there were in the email that she sent me. She kept shouting me down, and repeating herself. Then hung up on me. I will never buy from this company again.
Well I don’t know where to start here
Well I don’t know where to start here, brought for my Husband, a personalised pendent & chain, in August, my husband wore it for 3 weeks, while driving with him it just fell from his neck, the chain had broken, they ask for me to return the item & their report was broken to being stretched & worn (what in 3 weeks) they replaced it with another chain, that I didn’t want, I asked for a refund, on the 2nd day of wearing the new necklace, he was just laying on the sofa & it fell from him, I said to silver, I would be taking actions against them if I didn’t get a full refund, they said I can have a refund on the chain but not the personal pendant……. So now stuck with a pendant with no chain to be able to go through it, also brought rings from this company & the stones have come out, I will never buy from this company again, my anniversary present from August was still going on in November, never again
Does what it says on the tin(website)
I've used Silver by Mail a multiple times now over the last few years and have always been very happy with the silver I received by mail. The products I've bought always had great quality and come with a nice box and high quality drawstring bag to keep them in. I've never had any problems or complaints, 100% recommended!
