I have bought from here on previous occasions and they have always been excellent. My most recent purchases are the daisy necklace,ring and stud earrings and I have already had lots of compliments on them 💗

I was really shocked to see some of the bad reviews here, but I can only relay my experience. I found the website order and payment process very simple: the prices for my items were good, I was kept updated on delivery, delivered quickly and in good condition, and I loved my purchases. I'm definitely going to use them again, I have my eye on a few things and will let you know how this goes!

Bought a great pair of feather climber earrings recently and as they were really good I thought I'd treat myself to another pair of simple climbers. One if them however broke on taking it out of the packaging to try on. I have messaged them 4 times so far and got nowhere. Hoping they message back soon. Shame as it has put me off buying anything else from them.

Dovetail bangle damaged upon opening. Silver is scratched off unveiling grey material underneath?! Is this £70 bangle plated!? I want my money back, do NOT order from this company. I wish I could attach video, this product should of never been sent to a customer! I have contacted Silver and am hoping their customer service is better than their products.

Was bought 2 items for xmas. Sky moss earrings which irritated my ears and an ocean azure wrap which irritated my wrist. Questioned whether they were silver? Was assured both were. Was told that the only part of a £49 wrap was the fastening button. Totally misleading and completely bad practice. Wrap not worth £10 for beads and glass. Had a friend try the earrings and again irritation. To me, not silver. When questioned they had an answer for everything and offered me a free polishing cloth. I declined. Would never use again or recommend.

Very pleased with my order, beautiful rings at a decent price. Arrived quickly, lovely packaging and with a chocolate!

I purchased a pair of 'Celeste' earrings from this site a few years ago. I loved them at first but on 2nd attempt to wear, one of them just snapped away a cm or so at the entry to the earlobe, just money down the drain.

Had a kiss curl pendant and silver chain for my birthday After three weeks the chain has discoloured Not impressed at all

Cheap looking products. Will never recommend. Expencive but low quality. Not recommended. Will never order again. Do not buy!

Sent quickly and when recieved it comes with a care leaflet for your silver in a gift box with jewellery pouch and single wrapped chocolate ... the jewellery is brilliant quality, earrings necklaces, bracelets and a ring I have purchased and am over the moon with them all .
