Repair of my beautiful charm bracelets

I Bought a 3 charm bracelets from silver by mail 10 years ago. I contacted them as they needed restringing. They did a fantastic job restringing 2 of them and they fixed one that was broken. They gave them a lovely polish up , and they look amazing. Really impressed with such a great service , and am so thankful that I can wear them again. 😊

No not impressed

No not impressed. Looked good on the website and the 3 pairs of boho silver earrings looked lovely, and they weren't cheap. When they arrived one of the pairs had oxidisation on the wires which you noticed when opening them up. They were black. They said return and they'd polish and send back. Used freepost but my goodness it took forever and Customer service was terrible, and a false sing song voice on a phone call was frankly just annoying not appeasing or useful. Lots of bright chat but no substance.They came back eventually with a pathetic 20% discount voucher and an invoice stating brightly 'Customer polish, no charge'. Oh well cheers seeibg as it was your fault anyway, no apology. They should have quality checked them before sending. I won't be using again discount or not. Extremely disappointing!

Tiki Heart Earrings

Tiki Heart Earrings, tiny earrings, the coloured part not one clear colour there are fine darker lines in enamel. They tend to slip forward when wearing them, almost falling out, I have thick lobes so very surprised at this.

Inaccurate last Christmas Order dates

I have always been a loyal customer of Silver by Mail and generally been pleased with their customer service. Sadly I have been very disappointed with their service this Christmas. I placed an order on 17/12/21 which was their last recommended order date for Christmas delivery by first class post. They did not post the item until 20/12 and the order has still not been delivered today on Christmas Eve, so that’s left me and my mum very disappointed and without a gift. Silver by Mail should not state last Christmas dates that they are unable to fulfill. I would not have ordered with them had I known they would be unable to fulfill their delivery promise, I would have gone to a local shop, which is what I intend to do in future. Edit, the order finally arrived on 31 December, a week late for Christmas. Goodness knows where it’s been, but in future I’ll stick to local shops as Silver we’re not interested in offering any resolution to their poor customer service.
