Terrible!

Terrible!! Silver Riptide bangle broke upon first wear and company acknowledged it was their item but would not repair, exchange or compensate in any way!! Avoid at all costs!!

Very pleased!!

Just bought a necklace and I am thrilled with it, good quality, very well packaged, very quick delivery... ordered Friday and arrived Monday, the chocolate enclosed was a nice touch too! I cannot understand the bad reviews,I will definitely buy from them again.

Placed my first order with them recently. I had cause to contact customer services about sizing. They were very prompt in resolving my problem. The despatch is quick and items are packaged well in smart boxes. Pleased with my purchase.

Really grim customer service!!

I have bought a few items from this company without a problem. However, I bought a second bangle to replace one I had lost. Lockdown followed, so I had the bangle for several months before I wore it. It had literally only been worn four times, yet the hinge had become very loose, so I contacted them, and was told to send it back for inspection and possible repair. Unfortunately it could not be replaced, as they no longer stock it. I was subsequently contacted to say that it could not be repaired, and they would be returning it to me, offering me a discount on a future purchase, which would mean more money for them! I explained that due to lockdown, it had barely been worn prior to developing the fault. Unlike most companies, they flatly refused to make any allowances for lockdown, and neither would they give me a refund. I tried hard to argue my case, but the implication from them was that I had caused the damage myself! There was also a dent on the back of the bangle which I had definitely not noticed prior to returning it, and believe this was caused when they examined it. Clearly, they denied this. It also came back with the hinge even looser than it originally was. The cost of the repair will be £35, but the company flatly refused to pay for it, which I feel is the very least they could do. So the bottom line is, they are totally disinterested when something goes wrong, regardless of the price or how little you've worn the item. Strange that they couldn't repair it, yet another jeweller can - AT MY EXPENSE! Really grim customer service ... shame on them!

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Jewellery of very poor standard. Got earings today. Told me they are checked before Sent out. Looks like a dog has taken bites out of them.

Worth every penny.

Purchased very dainty stud earrings as a leaving present for a colleague. The studs were beautiful and excellent quality. Also purchased deluxe gift bag which looked the business, earrings came as standard with pretty box, pink suedette pouch and a chocolate!!!!! Absolutely worth every penny and a supremely positive experience for me.

Stylish silver jewellery

I have ordered few times from silver by mail, I bought a ring and 2 pairs if earrings, I love them the quality is great, arrives quickly and in perfect condition. Definitely recommend purchasing silver jewellery from them. I will definitely be buying myself some more 😊

Poor attitude, quality and customer non service

I bought a ring for my wife for Christmas, she wore it at weekends etc. Certainly not all the time and by May it had broken into three pieces. I contacted the company with photos to be fobbed off by nonsense about the returns dept view was that the ring was well worn and no longer covered. It was given for Christmas and this was May. Avoid. Buy from a firm you trust not these people because the customer services people at Silver by Mail don't want to know. I don't know why they are there. When I sent a second email showing I wasn't happy they offered to have a look it but it was too late by then I intend to buy my wife a replacement from elsewhere.

Such a fantastic company

Such a fantastic company. I will and have use again and again. Good quality products as great prices. If you aren't happy with your product when it arrives you can return free of charge and either get a refund straight away or exchange for another item. Would definitely recomment.
