Couldn’t recommend this company less. I bought a £30 ring from them which I looked after very carefully and even took off when washing hands etc, after a month the ring lost 3 of its gems. After contacting them with clear evidence, they insisted that I had to post it back for repair. It eventually transpired that the reason they wanted to do this rather than replace it was because the ring is known to be faulty and often lose its stones as the glue is weak. (They do still however sell this ring). They ‘repaired’ it and sent it back, bent out of shape and no longer fitting the finger it was supposed to. A few weeks later the stones fell out again, and once again they asked me to send it back for repair. It’s completely ridiculous and shocking customer service to continue to sell a known faulty product and insist the customer repeatedly is inconvenienced rather than just replacing it or refunding. I really recommend you avoid them at all costs as if anything goes wrong with your order (which it might as they sell products they know aren’t made well, for which I have email evidence of), they are unwilling to take responsibility and respond accordingly. Honest review

I don't normally write reviews, bit considering the mixed reviews, I thought it would help others to share my positive experience. I purchased a pair of silver earrings and the extra gift bag as it's for a special birthday gift. I received my order in perfect condition within a few days of placing it, the earrings are stunning, they were in a beautiful pouch and then a box, all of which make the earrings look like a luxury gift. I'm delighted with my purchase, start to finish, and would be happy to recommend. The wee chocolate was a lovely extra!

Beautiful well made jewellery and exceptional customer service

I have purchased from this company several times over the years. The quality of the jewellery is fantastic and it arrives beautifully packaged. I have had cause to contact their customer service a couple of times over the years and find it to be EXCEPTIONAL. I find this so unusual that I wrote this review! Great company - don’t hesitate to buy.

I have bought many pieces fro you and have always been very happy I treated myself to the Amore necklace and bracelet during the pandemic I loved both items but due to lockdown I did not get the chance to wear them When I did I found that the bracelet came undone and I nearly lost it I decided to get a longer pin put on by a silversmith and paid £15 for this I thought this would solve the problem but sadly the second time I wore it I lost it I have retraced my steps but have had no luck I am not keen to purchase another bracelet as I assume the same thing will happen I am so disappointed

I purchased a silver ashes pendant for my daughter to place my sisters ashes in. We purchased it in March 2022 and by June 2022 the necklace and pendant has tarnished a rusty gold colour, this item has never been worn it’s been placed next to a picture of my sister, never been worn in a shower, sprayed perfume on, wet weather, or anything. I never write reviews but I feel this has to be done as I’m extremely angry with the company and their response and the fact this was purchased for sentimental reasons and they have done nothing but ruin my daughters valve for money (she’s 11) and used her own money for this. Personally I would avoid this company at all costs. I was purchased a much cheaper one from a different company and it’s not tarnished or anything and has been left in the same way.

I purchased some earrings for my daughter. Delivery was really quick, they came in a beautiful box with a bag too and a little chocolate & the earrings are great quality. I would definitely order again.

Could not, would not recommend this company. Their co-called 'customer services' couldn't care less about the people whom are keeping them in business and don't appear to realise or care that reviews are everything these days.

Very poor quality necklaces.

Very poor quality necklaces unfortunately. I bought two necklaces with names engraved which were delivered quickly and looked as expected. The first necklace snapped easily whilst asleep in bed within the first week of purchase. The second necklace snapped a week later whilst taking a jumper off. Whilst the first necklace was away getting repaired with Silver (assuming it was a one off mistake). The second since snapped, proving that it is clearly the poor quality. Upon this I have stated I will then return the newly broken necklace and that I wish for a refund on both necklaces rather than a return and repair. Unless the repair is stronger (which would be a concern) than the original not sure why I would want them to be returned? Very disappointed for the price you pay. I wouldn’t recommend you buy a necklace from Silver.
